FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 on all orders under $75. Orders over $75 automatically get free shipping in checkout, no code needed! 

If you've placed an order containing items that are ALL currently in-stock, you'll receive it within approximately 5-7 business days.

If you've ordered an item labeled as "backordered," we will ship your entire order once that item(s) is back in-stock. In this case you'll receive your order in approximately 10-13 business days.

We take special care to ensure your prints arrive to you just right! Prints are packaged in protective cellophane sleeves with a cardboard backer, and are then placed in a rigid flat mailer to be shipped via USPS.  

We do not offer an express shipping option at this time. If your order is needed more urgently than the timeframe listed above, we may (or may not) be able to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis for an additional shipping and processing fee. Please be sure to reach out BEFORE placing an order to see if we are able to accommodate your request. 

We currently only ship prints via rigid flat mailer, which means we do not currently offer prints larger than 11" x 14".

Many of our beautiful artworks have high enough resolution to be successfully printed in larger sizes, and should we offer another shipping method in the future, we will update those respective listings with additional sizing options. We have no immediate plans to make this change.

At times, some items may be listed as "backordered." Being on backorder simply means that the item has sold out, but more inventory is on the way. So feel free to add it to your cart! See our "SHIPPING" questions for more info on what this means for your order timing.

Items that do not have the "backorder" option when sold out may or may not be replenished in our inventory moving forward. If you have a question about a specific print's availability, please reach out through our contact form.
